Financial Policy
Payment is due on the day of service. For those patients with dental insurance coverage, we will submit dental insurance claims at no charge and collect payment from you for your portion of the fee (co-payment, un-insured portion, etc.) on the day we render care. If insurance reimbursement is not received, or is less than expected, patients will be billed for the balance due. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa®, MasterCard® and Discover®.
As a service to our patients, we are also pleased to offer the CareCredit® Card, the nation’s leading patient payment program. CareCredit® has a full range of payment plans to meet every financing need, including no interest and low interest options, each with low monthly payments and no upfront costs. It’s easy to apply and you’ll receive an online decision in seconds. Apply now or see our staff for more details.
We are a full participant provider with both Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield and we will file claims and accept payment from most other insurance companies, even ones we don’t directly participate with. Call our office today to discuss your insurance benefits.
Treatment Planning
Our office provides a detailed treatment plan for any treatment that you may need. Included in your treatment plan will be: the order in which the work should be completed in, the number of appointments needed to complete your treatment, the total fee for each procedure, the estimated insurance payment, and your estimated out of pocket expense for each visit. We will always provide you with a fee for your next appointed treatment and an estimate of what insurance coverage may pay.
